The ING Talent Programme (ITP) aims to develop
the future ING leaders: managers and specialists with a can-do
spirit, a passion for teamwork and a focus on results. You’ll need
to share our conviction that success, personal and organisational,
comes from doing well by doing right for our customers, our
shareholders and each other. And you’ll need to show that when you
think something is the right thing to do that you have the
ambition, vision and conviction to win support for it.
Yes, we know this is asking a lot, but the
people this appeals to know they have what it takes. In terms of
academic achievement and personal development, this is the kind of
profile we have in mind:
|
|
- You have a Master’s degree (or will do
shortly) and you are a starter on the labour market with no more
than two years’ work experience. The ITP is open to all Master’s
degree graduates, so the most important thing is your ambition,
your personality and your motivation for the financial services
industry, for ING and your preferred ITP track.

|
- During your studies you have developed
organisational, personal or managerial skills. We consider sideline
activities in the broadest sense, for instance:
|
- voluntary work and relevant secondary jobs;
- organisation of activities for an association or
an event;
- participation in management or on
committees;
- (overseas) internship or student
assistantship;
|
- setting up your own company;
- homework tutoring;
- practising a sport or playing an instrument to a
high standard;
- doing the bookkeeping for an association,
friends or family.
|
|

- Each ITP track requires specific
skills. You will find those skills described at the different track
specific pages.
